Complying with previous forecasts, American PVC deliveries were considerably cut down. Accordingly, Chinese deliveries of the raw material increased up to 19,6 thousand tons. This situation will be preserved – American manufacturers significantly raised their prices and decreased import quotas for PVC-S.

However, China may also reduce its deliveries to the Russian Federation. Firstly, home demand increased, and so, larger amounts of PVC-S will be consumed by Chinese companies. Secondly, it will be necessary to think about the capacity of the railway passage between China and Kazakhstan determining the volumes of PVC-S import.
