PVC plant opened in Tula Region

According to reports of ОКNА МЕDIА portal, Polymer-Chemie opens its operations in Russia.

The German company plans to produce about 20 000 tons of PVC a year, including recycling PVC wastes. The opening ceremony attended by the Governor of Tula Region Vyacheslav Dudka was held on April 8.
